MX:Monitor analyses the content of individual email communications to determine the relevance of the message to the target prospects. At the contact level, we assess whether the message is appropriate for the department and seniority of the prospect. Is the IT Director getting information about hardware and software updates which would be more suited to an IT Manager? Or is a junior marketing executive being invited to a conference aimed at senior people? At the company level, we check that the communications are reaching organisations in the correct industry segment. Errors at this level may indicate that marketing automation systems may not be set up correctly. |
